PRIVATE DRAFT — concept site for founder review. Not published.
Roadmap

From here to a working network.

Built in deliberate phases. The hardest constraint — reaching people still inside — is handled last and honestly, because it depends on partnerships we don't yet have.

Phase 1
Year 1

Outside ecosystem MVP

Profiles, verified directory and job board — serving alumni, families, attorneys, employers and reentry organizations. Seeded from Adversa Strategy Group's existing attorney relationships and consultant network rather than a cold launch. Free for individuals from day one.

Phase 2
Year 2

Community, groups and revenue

Moderated content feed, facility-alumni and industry groups, and the paid tiers. Community guidelines and human moderation live before the feed opens.

Phase 3
Year 2–3

In-facility access, via partnership

Pursue a vendor- and DOC-approved partnership to bring a moderated, largely read-only version inside facilities — the route Honest Jobs already proved viable. A business development process measured in quarters, not a feature we can ship.

Phase 4
Year 3+

Insights and advocacy

Opt-in, anonymized aggregate data for researchers and policymakers — what actually helps people find work after release, and where the system fails. Contributed to the reform conversation, never sold as personal data.

The constraint
The constraint that shapes everything

People inside can't
use an open website.

Federal and state prison tablets — ViaPath, Aventiv/Securus, Edovo — run closed, corrections-vetted platforms. No open internet, no app store, no general social media. Every application and piece of content is pre-approved by the vendor and department of corrections.

So Phase 1 deliberately serves the outside ecosystem, where the network can grow and prove value immediately. In-facility reach comes later, through formal vendor approval.

Families are already the bridge. Serving families well delivers indirect in-facility value from day one, with no vendor dependency at all.

Requirements

What we need
to build it.

01

Product & engineering

Web app with profiles, search, job posting, messaging and feed. A community and product manager, plus moderation capacity before the feed opens.

02

Trust & legal

Terms of service, privacy policy, published community guidelines, and data security appropriate to a sensitive-population platform.

03

Supply side

Founding employers with real roles, verified attorneys and reentry organizations. A network with no listings is not a network.

04

Distribution

Launch to Adversa's existing attorney and alumni base before any public marketing spend. Advocacy partners extend reach credibly.
